In addition to the likes of the Shibuya Crossing and Tokyo Disneyland, Hongkongers now have another destination to visit in the Japanese capital with the opening of formerly Hong Kong-based editor-turned mixologist Holly Graham's free-wheeling cocktail bar, Tokyo Confidential. Before moving to Tokyo, Graham spoke to Tatler about what to expect, and how she hopes to change the face of Japanese bartending.
