iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max
The iPhone 13 Pro range got some of the biggest updates last night. The phones have been fitted with the all-new Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion featuring an adaptive refresh rate up to 120Hz, which allows for a faster and more responsive viewing experience on your phone, whether its reading articles or playing mobile games.
The cameras have also been boosted, with macro photography enabled on the new Ultra Wide camera, and up to 2.2x improved low-light performance on the new Wide camera. What’s more, photographers (both budding and professional) will be pleased to note the new customisable Photographic Styles in the Camera app that will allow them to build their own personal aesthetic to their preferences.
Video has also taken a huge step forward with the new Cinematic mode, which “records videos of people, pets, and objects with a beautiful depth effect with automatic focus changes, so anyone can capture cinema-style moments”, according to Apple. The focus on objects can also be changed during and after capture.
The Pro range will come with more storage capacity, with a new 1TB option now available, in addition to the 512GB, 256GB and 128GB options.
