Dorothy Wang is no doubt one of our favourites in the Netflix spinoff, Bling Empire: New York. After all, she is a reality show veteran; plus, her bold moves and quotable quotes are what we can't get enough of.

From the start of the series, we learn that Wang is expressive and isn't afraid to show it.

“Sometimes I don’t want to have to unleash, but I will,” she explains.

Below, we take a look at some of Wang’s funniest and most memorable quotes in the latest Netflix spinoff. Of course, spoilers are ahead.

1. “Not even a mixed nut? Even Delta Airlines serves nuts. I mean, where are we?”

It’s not surprising that the series starts off with a catty feud, between Wang and Deborah Hung no less. The drama began when Wang arrives fashionably late at Hung’s party. Throughout the event, the two ladies don’t seem to acknowledge each other at all. As Wang leaves the venue, she complains to her co-star, Tina Leung, that she didn’t enjoy herself and that there wasn’t any food provided either.

2. “When I met Aunty and Uncle, I felt the energy was a little off from them”

Following the drama at the Hungs’ anniversary party, Wang shared her thoughts on the couple with her friends and co-stars, Blake Abbie and Lynn Ban. Throughout the series, we also see Wang calling out the Hungs, from mispronouncing Deborah’s name on purpose to affectionately calling them “aunty” and “uncle”.

In the earlier episodes, we see Bling Empire queen meeting her love interest, Ari, in the Bahamas. They are seen rekindling their romance back in the Big Apple when they go on a pizza date. The date sees Dorothy ordering a salad at the pizza joint as well as looking for a cauliflower-crusted pizza. What did we expect from a Los Angeles native?

Following the pizza date with Ari, she shares more about their relationship with Leung, explaining that “it’s so nice” and refreshing to date someone out of the high society circle.
