What We like to think of the International Children's Film Festival as Cannes for the kids, but maybe without celebrity coverage. The festival, targeted specifically towards children aged 2 to 18, curates a series of films from around the globe to expose kids to an array of culture while captivating their imaginations with ardent storytelling. A must-see for the movie-buff Tatlings!

Ski at Urban Ski
What If you and your family have a ski trip planned for the winter, why not prep the little ones with some ski lessons before hitting the snow? The ski slope at Urban Ski has a treadmill-like structure with a special carpet that simulates the surface of a snow mountain, allowing riders to experience the motion of skiing downhill, so Tatlings can test catching an edge right here at home.

The extravagant multimedia display will feature an orchestration of dancing water and flashing colourful lights synchronised with a melodic composition of music by Kenn C., a local music arranger and producer. What How does befriending real life cyborgs sound to your child? Head to the Human + exhibition in the Art Science Museum to be surrounded by technological advancements that make a smartphone look like a potato in comparison. Where they can converse with 'Nadine', one of the world's most realistic female humanoid robots, that is able to engage in conversations and remember previous encounters, making it possible to actually become friends with a robot. Although little ones cannot technically bring her out on a play date, it would still be pretty cool to make casual banter with someone who has knowledge exceeding any human being.
