Previously only available for short-term hotel stays, the 436-square meter Colonial Manor, built in the 1880s, is one of four heritage buildings in Capella Singapore given conservation status on August 7, 2000, under the Conservation of Built Heritage.

The Colonial Manor houses three bedrooms, a dining room, designer kitchen, and a private pool. At monthly rates starting from S$42,000 per month, it joins The Club at Capella Singapore’s selection of 62 sea-facing suites, 10 penthouses, and nine contemporary-style manors. Residents are afforded round-the-clock service, with club executives and front desk assistants just a call away.
