One of the world's most prestigious whiskys has unveiled a striking new bottle for its 21 year old vintage.

If you are someone who likes the finer things in life, then you are going to love Royal Salute's new whiskey bottle for its 21 year old vintage. Famed for being first created in 1953 to mark the ascention of Queen Elizabeth II, this famed scotch whisky just underwent a new design.

Taking five days to make, and crafted over five days from Cornish Clay found in the UK, the new Royal Salute bottle is then given off with a striking guilloche pattern on the cap. Next up, the bottle is hand engraved with the traditional lion and cannon - harking back to the brand's tribute to the 21 Gun Salute from the Royal Gun Salutes in the Tower of London, UK.

Speaking of the new bottle, Global Brand Director, Neil Macdonald says: "Royal Salute is steeped in royalty and history and this new contemporary packaging helps us bring the legacy of our crafted whisky to life. We are proud to present a bottle that today's whisky connoisseurs, collectors and discerning drinkers alike will appreciate."

Available in three colours; sapphire, ruby and emerald, the bottle will be available from February 2015.
