Cast your eyes on these promising properties for a well-placed luxury apartment in London. 

One Crown Place

Old meets new, in this development designed by London and New York-based firm KPF. This property in Hackney pairs historic buildings with two sleek residential towers, with penthouse interior scheme crafted by London-based design practice Studio Ashby. Composed of 246 apartments, the residential buildings are complemented with amenities including retail stores at the ground floor, as well as a clubhouse within the Georgian period buildings along Sun Street. Developed by Malaysia-based AlloyMtd with Los Angeles firm CBRE, the project is expected to be completed in 2020.

The Broadway

Centrally located in Westminister, The Broadway draws cues to the city’s heritage, while being at the heart of a thriving business and leisure hub. Jointly developed by Northacre and Abu Dhabi Financial Group, the mixed development features three pairs of towers which frame a 20,000sqft public courtyard and a pedestrianised piazza, with each pair named after a revered diamond: The Sancy, The Paragon and The Cullinan. This property is slated for completion in 2021.

Holland Park Villas

It’s not often that you’ll find a green respite in the city, which makes this new property one to watch. Centrally situated in Kensington and adjacent to Holland Park, this joint venture led by Native Land consists of 68 apartments and four penthouses. Slated for completion by the end of 2017, the property’s collection of reflection pools, paired with meandering paths through its garden courtyard creates a tranquil environment in harmony with its verdant surroundings.

The Atlas Building

Upon its anticipated completion in 2019, this 152-metre high development by Rocket Properties will be the tallest building in Hackney’s tech cluster. Designed by Make Architects, the residential tower features a sleek, tapered lines that draw the eye upwards. It features 302 apartments, along with a range of amenities including a gym, cinema, and a spa and pool at the ground floor.

Burlington Gate

Look to this property in Mayfair, for an abode situated at the city’s cultural centre—it’s just a stone’s throw away from the Royal Academy of Arts and other galleries. Due for completion in October 2017, the Native Land joint venture features a collection of 42 apartments perched above galleries on the ground and first floors.

The Dumont

Located on the Albert embankment, this riverside property by St James proffers panoramic views of the city skyline and waterfront area. Comprising 168 apartments, as well as facilities such as an infinity pool, cinema, bowling alley as well as a spa and gym, the development is expected to be completed in 2020.
