The future in sound is levitating speakers and LG’s Levitating Portable Speaker PJ9 hits a home run for its sleek, state-of-the-art design, easy portability and powerful sound quality. Truly capable of emitting 360-degree sound thanks to its omnidirectional speaker with a turbine blade-inspired design, this hover-gadget also belts out a rich, deep bass courtesy of the subwoofer embedded inside the Levitation Station, a docking device for the speaker that echoes its space-age design. The PJ9 also features Dual Passive Radiator technology to reproduce flush mid-range tones and crisp highs.

This stunning levitating effect is made possible with the help of powerful electromagnets embedded within the Levitation Station. For up to 10 hours, you can play music, podcasts and other audio content seamlessly and wirelessly, in the home as well as outdoors. When the device is low on power, the portable speaker automatically descends on the Levitation Station, where it charges wirelessly while music plays on uninterrupted—the listener doesn’t even need to move an inch.

The PJ9 is IPX7 compliant in order to withstand any adverse weather condition when being used outdoors, and for added convenience and versatility, Multipoint technology enables the speaker to connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. It will make its debut at CES 2017 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
