As lovers of all things fashion, we can't wait to get schooled at the upcoming Hermès Heritage – In Motion exhibition, held between May 11 to 19, 2019, at levels three and four of Hermès Liat Towers. Get ready to deep dive into the maison's compelling history, as the work of generations of Hermès creators and craftsmen will be celebrated.
Inspired by the longing for movement, many of the objects presented are heavily linked to the idea of transport (e.g. the first ever Hermès is designed with horse-drawn carriages) and travel (think: a Bolide picnic bag created in the 1920s to depict how the way we travel has evolved over the ages). Curated by Bruno Gaudichon, the objects are a mix of contemporary and archival items, as well as from the Émile Hermès collection and Hermès Conservatoire of Creations.
10.30am to 8pm daily
