With Bernard Arnault’s youngest son, Alexandre Arnault, at the helm of Rimowa, the German luggage brand has recently just celebrated its 120th anniversary. Rimowa has also tapped into various creative industries and partnered with industry leaders on special projects.
Roger Federer, Virgil Abloh, Adowa Aboah and Nobu Matsuhisa are a few legends that have been shot in recent campaigns, while countless collaborations have also emerged in recent months. Rimowa debuted a special colourway in partnership with Los Angeles artist Alex Israel for LA's Frieze Art Fair in February and also partnered with Verbal and Yoon of Ambush on a special series to celebrate their Ginza flagship opening the same month.
