1. Whose House is This?: New Cinema of Central Asia

What Dive into the world of Central Asian cinema as the Asian Film Archives hosts the first instalment of its newly-launched Rewired series, bringing film screenings entirely online during this pandemic period. During this showcase, film buffs can look forward to nine films from Central Asia—namely Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan—exploring issues of nationhood, identity, gender and culture in their respective societies. All films will be streamed on the Vimeo on Demand platform throughout the duration of the programme.

2. Jazz in July

What The 13th edition of the annual Jazz in July festival hosted by Esplanade—Theatres on the Bay has been moved to the digital sphere to present an exciting line-up of performances, listening parties and talks helmed by some of Singapore's most-loved jazz musicians. Streamed live from the Esplanade Concourse, look forward to 24 unique pairings by 43 jazz artists, including vocalists Rani Singam and pianists Aya Sekine and Chok Kerong.

3. Campus Party Digital Edition

What Tune into a global conference that connects young innovators to thought leaders from 30 countries, each covering topics from technology to design that could help make the world a better place. Featuring more than 2,000 speakers including the former vice president of the United States Al Gore, as well as global programme director of the Cartier Women's Initiative Wingee Sampaio, and vice president of the European Commission Margaritis Schinas, participants will be able to access all talks across both the global and AustralAsia stage once they have signed up.

4. The eGrad Expectations 2020

What The graduating class of 2020 from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts School of Art & Design take their milestone exhibition online, culminating in a virtual showcase that features over 600 works by both diploma and degree students alike. Presented in three key parts—fireside chat sessions with industry professionals, presentations on key works and a video that spotlights the lives of graduand profiles—the exhibition provides an insight into the lives of young and aspiring creatives looking to enter the industry, and the resilience in showcasing their works beyond the physical realm.
