1919 Waterboat House


Hidden behind the Fullerton Hotel, the restaurant tempts diners to celebrate New Year’s Eve with them by offering a glorious buffet featuring the freshest flavours of the sea and more. 

Not only will you enjoy dishes such as the Rillettes of Braised Beef for Crispy Potato and Parfait of Smoked Salmon in Savoury Tart, you’ll also get free entry to its Gold and Vintage Countdown Party at The Rooftop. Catalunya


Looking forward to celebrate New Year’s Eve with sumptuous food and a stunning vista? If so, head over to Catalunya to indulge in the chef’s 10-course degustation menu of Spanish favourites, some of which are the Carabinero Prawn Tartar with Nori Seaweed Cornet and the Squid Ink Pasta with Sea Urchin and Sea Foam. 

With only one seating on that night, you have more than enough time to savour these offerings until the clock strikes 12. When it does, witness the sky light up from the festive fireworks to welcome 2016. If you want a more close up view, Catalunya also invites you to join the rooftop party where you can drink and dance under the stars.

Skirt


For a New Year’s Eve party away from the crowd, Skirt is the right destination for you. And the chefs here have ensured that the trip to Sentosa is worth your while by curating a “Glam It Up” set dinner consisting of your not-so-usual-dishes like the ½ Boston Lobster, Oxtail Consommé, Hokkaido Scallops and Wagyu Tenderloin “Margaret River”.

Forlino


For the ultimate experience of dining near the bay with Marina Bay as your stunning backdrop, there’s no better restaurant to be at than Forlino. For New Year’s Eve, it’s going to be even more fantastic with two curated menus by Chef Sasaki featuring some of his best Italian dishes. 

For a lighter meal, opt for the first seating (5.30pm to 7.30pm) which offers a five-course dinner, and afterwards, walk along the bay and watch the stunning fireworks display at midnight. If you want to welcome 2016 while enjoying a sumptuous feast, opt for the second slot which starts from 8.30pm and lets you enjoy a seven-course menu.

Kinki


Boasting one of the best views of Marina Bay, Kinki is taking advantage of its location with a splendid four- and six-course New Year’s Eve dinner featuring some of the restaurant’s signature dishes. To top it off, each set also comes with a complementary glass of wine.     

After the sumptuous feast, head over the al fresco bar upstairs where there’s a special New Year’s Eve package for groups of six people. Aside from the front row seats it offers to watch the fireworks display, it also includes one bottle of Belvedere or Glenmorangie Original and two bottles of Moet Chandon Brut.

ADHD


For those of you who are always on the lookout for new restaurants to ring in 2016, one name to consider is ADHD, which is located at the new luxury and lifestyle hotel at Beach Road, The South Beach.  

Just for the night, the chefs are serving a five-course dinner of mouth-watering dishes such as the Carpaccio of Marinated Octopus and Langoustine and the Duck Confit Ravioli with Sage Butter and Shaved Black Truffle. The menu comes with a glass of Champagne to toast to the wonderful year ahead. If that’s enough, continue the celebration at Flow18, where you can enjoy unlimited drinks and desserts.

The Club


Ring in the New Year in style at The Club, Marina Bay Sand’s exclusive lounge located on the 55th level at Tower 2. Already known for its cheese and chocolate buffet, the spread for that special night is more enticing with the seafood bar featuring oysters, scallops and prawns.  For an additional amount, you can enjoy these offerings with free flow champagne.
