Grace Sai admits that one of the biggest hurdles she faced while on her start-up journey was loneliness. “There were things I couldn’t share with my investors, customers or even my team,” says the 34-year-old, who would dream about work problems in her sleep. But she always woke up with a solution and now, six years on, Found, which was rebranded from The Hub Singapore in April 2018, is Singapore’s largest co-working community of tech experts, entrepreneurs and creatives. It is also Google for Entrepreneur’s first Southeast Asian partner, which means that its members enjoy access to the tech giant’s talent, perks and market.
