Also an artist known for using his whimsical works to reveal his take on social issues, he scored his first solo exhibition at age 25, won the 23rd UOB Painting of the Year in the Representational Medium Category Award, and had his large-scale sculptures displayed at the front of the Singapore Art Museum and National Museum of Singapore in 2015 and 2016, respectively. When he is not indulging in personal projects or mentoring with the National Arts Council, he is nurturing his two young daughters.
