When Ryan Su was a law student in the UK, he invested $10,000 in rare Polaroids by the late pop artist Andy Warhol, for which he mounted the first exhibition of The Ryan Foundation—Andy Warhol: Social Circus—at Singapore Art Week in January. It was the largest collection of Warhol’s Polaroids ever shown in Asia. While he reckons he’s still too young to have a fixed definition of success, Ryan shares, “I think a facet of success is not what others commend you for, but when you’re able to help others in your field… and actually do it.”
