When Rachel Lim was 19, she started a blogshop with two friends. It was a hit. When she and her co-founders left school, they decided to rebrand Love, Bonito as an upscale online retailer with original designs. Unknown to many, the bubbly entrepreneur hit a personal rock bottom in 2012. Drawing strength from her faith and support from loved ones, Rachel has since emerged from that dark period and is now a strong proponent of female empowerment. “Women tend to compare themselves with others and see the glass as half empty. But all of us have it within us to develop into a strong and unique individual,” she says.
