Known to us as the Tribe, these industry thought leaders and luminaries played a key role in creating—and deciding—who to include in this year's Gen.T List

The Gen.T List is about recognising and celebrating the next wave of leaders, changemakers and disruptors; the most promising individuals from each industry and market that we cover. To do that, the Gen.T team works with a panel of insiders and experts from a wide range of fields to identify these talents. They are academics, celebrities, creatives, entrepreneurs, investors and advisors, who have made their own mark across Asia and beyond.

The Tribe, as we call them, works alongside the Gen.T editors to nominate, review and select honourees for the Gen.T List. This year, there are 36 of them who have advised us. So before we announce who made the cut for this year’s list, here are the respected individuals who helped us to identify our next cohort of Leaders of Tomorrow.
