Twenty-five individuals from Thailand are featured in the annual Gen.T List this year, representing some of the most promising and impactful young leaders from the country

The Gen.T List 2023 launched on June 1. On it are some of Asia’s most promising young leaders who are shaping the region’s future through creativity and innovation. We call them the Leaders of Tomorrow and there are good reasons why. From upcycling plastic waste into useful materials to setting world records in their sport, each honouree is making an impact their own way and inspiring others to do the same.

This year, 25 of them come from Thailand and they hail from different backgrounds and industries, including education, healthcare, food and beverage and real estate. Among them is a unicorn founder, a talented rapper who has performed at Coachella and a trans rights advocate. Learn who they are and read their stories in the link below.

It requires experience and industry insights to identify, review and select the nominations that should make the final cut. This is why we work closely with a panel of industry heavyweights whom we affectionately call the Tribe. Find out who they are this year. Finally, if you’re curious about the stats relating to this year’s list, we have published data on the gender ratio, average honouree age and more in three different articles for honourees from East Asia, Southeast Asia and overall Asia.
