The St. Regis Singapore celebrated its 10th anniversary on April 20 with a Victorian and floral-themed tea party at Brasserie Les Saveurs. The event, which was reminiscent of hotel matriarch Caroline Astor’s lavish tea parties in the early 20th century, was attended by the likes of Dolly Cheong, Linda Soo Tan and Catherine de Dietrich.
In true Victorian fashion, they dressed to impress and feasted on an assortment of canapes and afternoon bites served on beautiful three-tiered stands. They sipped on a selection of TWG Tea and the Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, as they chatted and danced the afternoon away, all while being serenaded by a live string quartet.
One lucky guest also got to bring home the exclusive teapot-shaped Afternoon Tea Ritual pendant in 18k rose gold, a design that honours Astor’s legacy.
