The Clifford Pier, the all-day dining restaurant at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, held an exclusive preview of its new Singapore Heritage Afternoon Tea for a coterie of high profile guests including Lee Suan Yew, Loh Lik Peng, Weilin Kwee and Yong Mee Him.
Curated by local chef and F&B personality Shermay Lee, the menu boasts a three-tier tea set that showcases Singapore flavours, with highlights such as bak kwa jam sandwich, chilli crab bao, Nonya chicken curry and roti jala wrap, bandung macaron, and scones served with roselle (hibiscus) and pineapple-vanilla jam.
