A night to thank the esteemed donors and sponsors of the Singapore Red Cross for their generous support to its humanitarian cause.

With “Music for Humanity” as its theme, it was no wonder that the Singapore Red Cross Charity Gala Dinner in August saw a slew of performances—from the Methodist Girls’ School String Ensemble and father-daughter guitar duo Mel and Gabrielle Ferdinands, to crooner Alexandra Hsieh & The Skylarks—keeping guests entertained throughout dinner. It was after all a night to thank the esteemed donors and sponsors of the Singapore Red Cross for their generous support to its humanitarian cause over the last 69 years. Chairman Tee Tua Ba said, “You inspire our many helping hands approach, and your donation has the power to reunite families, help an elderly poor live with dignity, and support the vulnerable and less fortunate in our community.” Over $500,000 was raised at the charity gala dinner.
