For nearly 30 years, Tandoor at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre has consistently served up delectable fine Indian cuisine to discerning palates.
The restaurant treated guests of Singapore Tatler to a lavish multi-course dinner, which spanned traditional dishes with influences from different cultures and cuisines.
Guests savoured the likes of cinnamon-flavoured lamb rack, black lentils and Bailey’s kulfi, amid much chatter about the inspired menu and flavours and, by extension, the favourite Singaporean pastime.
