The record, which is called 100 Years - The Song We'll Only Hear If We Care, is a one-of-a-kind piece made from clay that will only be played about one century later, in 2117. The significance of the record, which sits in a state-of-the-art safe alongside a bottle of Louis XIII, is beyond being a collector's dream—as it was highlighted to a regional guest list of influential individuals from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines over a four-course dinner by Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, the record symbolises Louis XIII's stand against climate change and its hope to help push for increased awareness and action to be taken against the phenomenon.
