In true Bvlgari style, the luxury giant threw the most spectacular and over-the-top party to mark the debut of its new Wild Pop high jewellery collection in Rome. Held at the Stadio de Marmi, the party boasted an Eighties theme, an ode to the extravagant era where denizens experimented with art, culture and design. The 80-strong collection took inspiration from various disciplines including pop art—hence a tribute to Andy Warhol—and disco music complemented with the Italian marque's distinctive jewellery-making style of bold designs and bright colours. To cap a memorable evening off, 80s pop band Duran Duran played a synth-pop set that brought guests out of their seats onto the dance floor as they boogied the night away.
