Laura Poh, Stella Mok, Henry Mok

A special menu was created for guests attending the by invitation-only dinner jointly organised by Lamborghini Singapore, Swiss home appliance brand V-Zug and watchmaker Roger Dubuis. Crafted by chef Roman Wüthrich, who heads the V-Zug Gourmet Academy, and Tippling Club's chef-owner Ryan Clift, who is also a V-Zug ambassador, each course was swiftly prepared using the latest range of V-Zug appliances that were showcased at the Lamborghini Singapore showroom. Dishes included a delicious ocean trout with beetroot and horseradish cream, a tender Australian beef cheek with pomme mousseline and a rich pistachio souffle paired with a homemade dark chocolate mini magnum. Also grabbing attention that evening were the new Lamborghini Huracán and a selection of timepieces by Roger Dubuis on display.
