Imagine whipping up desserts and roast meats with the perfect textures, within the comforts of your home—Swiss appliance brand V-Zug has it fine-tuned to an exact science with their innovative ovens. Society friends, designers and architects gathered to taste the difference at the newly opened V-Zug Zugorama Flagship Experience Centre at Scotts Square, which features fully-functional kitchen and laundry appliances integrated into its elegant home-inspired settings.
Over two delightful evenings, guests learnt more about the Zug-headquartered company and the multi-faceted ways it uses steam technology for cleaning, cooking and baking. Chef Russell Misso and pastry chef Natalie Eng demonstrated the creative possibilities of the brand’s kitchen appliances with a menu prepared using the products on display; these include pumpkin arancini, lamb shank with caramelised yogurt, coffee macaron and chocolate sable.
