The second edition is back in May, which means more delicious food from a Michelin-starred chef and fine wines.

Chef Richard van Oostenbrugge from Michelin-starred Bord’Eau in Amsterdam

The long wait is over. Resorts World Sentosa has finally unveiled the next chef who’ll be headlining the second edition of Art at Curate this year, and it’s none other than chef Richard van Oostenbrugge, who will be in town from May 5 to 13.

So, what makes it worth checking out?

It’s helmed by renowned Dutch chef Richard van Oostenbrugge. He is in charge of the two Michelin-starred Bord’Eau in Amsterdam, one of the best dining establishments in Netherlands.

French fare with Dutch flair. He has been praised for his mastery of the French cuisine, which he makes his own by giving it an Amsterdam touch through his choice of ingredients and flavours.

Red mullet

His signature dishes. Netherlands’ chef of the year is all set to present his classic creations, such as the Anjou pigeon glazed with mustard miso, salmis sauce and Shiitake, at the latest edition of Art at Curate. But of course, he also has a few surprises up his sleeve.

The wine pairing. Yes, you can opt to have your delicious meal paired with wines. The restaurant worked with the sommeliers at Robert Parker Wine Advocate to give you 90-pointer wines that enhance the overall experience.

Green apple dessert

The green apple dessert. This apple tart topped with the fruit’s core and encased in a sugar bubble, which you’ll have the chance to taste here, instead of flying halfway across the globe, is one of Netherland’s most popular and Instagrammable desserts.
