1. 25 Degrees

The next time you’re craving a proper burger, try The Lamburger, available at 25 Degrees until June 30. The secret to it being so delicious is its thick and juicy patty, which is made with free-range Quercy Red Label lamb raised in the French Pyrenees. It's seared and delectably smoky, and slapped with housemade spicy Harissa yoghurt, fresh cucumber and mint raita sauce, before being sandwiched between soft, buttery brioche buns.

The seafood spread during dinner will include the Alaskan king crab, prized for its sweet and fleshy legs, as well as hearty truffle-scented risotto and the slow-cooked Emperor's Chicken rich with Chinese herbal spices. Mothers will get a complimentary coffee mug, and are eligible to participate in the lucky draw which could win them a weekend staycation, lunch or dinner buffet for two and more.

6. Element Restaurant

Make it a special feast for mum this Mother’s Day with an extensive lunch spread that spans local and international dishes. That’s right, she can start light with the seafood on offer, before moving on to the mains at the other stations. As a small thank you, mum will be served with a nutritious bowl of seafood treasure soup prepared by chefs. She won’t leave empty handed, too, as she will receive a jar of flowers from the restaurant.
