1. Origin Grill

The culinary team’s newly-launched set dinner menus are a treat for the gourmands, as these comprise the restaurant’s popular signatures. The three-course menu includes the Origin Green salad, an ensemble of broccoli, avocado, edamame with rocket and kaleon tahini, miso and ginger vinaigrette. Either that, or the line-caught Western Australia octopus which is delicately charred coated with smoked paprika.

Opt for the five-course degustation menu for more delicious options; in the amuse bouche alone, you’ll already be served the posh toast topped with compressed foie gras, orange confit and Kaluga queen caviar, or the Tsarskaya oyster dressed in an acerbic ruby grapefuit juice and mignotte pearls.

It gets better as the meal progresses with the likes of Kühlbarra barramundi soaked in an umami-packed lobster butter, or the Stockyard grain-fed Angus Striploin MS3 cooked to your preference. The menus come with optional wine pairing.
