1. Cé La Vi

When: February 3, 12pm to 4pm
It's time to let your hair down, and Ce La Vi’s Sky High Brunch is the place to do just that. This area of the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark will be an adults-only tropical oasis complete with all the Veuve Clicquot Yellow NV you can drink.

There's also a free flow of sumptuous foods, thanks to executive chef Joey Sergentakis, who is collaborating with Coriander Leaf’s chef-founder Samia Ahad to prepare a bevy of Asian favourites spread out across nine counters. Local staples, from satays to curries, aside, there's also a raw bar brimming with fresh seafood. Lively beats come courtesy of resident DJs Brandon P and Joshua P.

2. PS.Cafe

When: Saturday and Sunday, 12pm to 3pm
Here’s another reason to head over to PS.Cafe on Ann Siang Hill this weekend. The restaurant will be offering a well-curated selection of wines … freeflow. Start with a prosecco from Villa Sandi Valdobbiadene, before moving on to a more robust Airenzo Tempranillo, vibrant Rueda Verdejo white or pale Rosado Rose. They all pair nicely with hearty brunch staples such as chargrilled potato burger and salmon-dill potato cakes.

3. Mezza9

When: Sundays, 12pm to 3pm
We think mezza9’s Sunday brunch is always worth a visit, especially since it has recently refreshed its extensive, sustainably-sourced offerings spread across nine dining experiences. The seafood station, for one, has a diverse selection of fresh seasonal oysters, Maine lobsters, Scottish brown crabs and Spencer Gulf king prawns. And wait until you sink your teeth into the meaty showcase of Australian Dorper lambs, German free-range pork leg, grass-fed Tomahawk steak, Kurobuta pork chops, among others.

When you need to quench your thirst, the restaurant has introduced a new wine pairing station, where a curated selection of wines has been paired with specific dishes in the spread. That’s on top of the freeflow selection of martinis, gin & tonics and beers at the party room and martini bar.

4. Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar

Tatler Asia

When: Saturday and Sunday, 11am to 4pm
While the a la carte menu at Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar is available on weekends, we suggest the brunch package. This includes an array of starters such as the French ham served with pickles; cheeses with a side of nicoise salad; and its signature smoked salmon egg cocotte and duck gravy. Complete the experience with bottomless serving of Bloody Mary, mimosa and Muscadet. Want more? Top up to include premium items such as ribeye cuts, grilled lobsters and oysters.
