If you need any more reasons to visit celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s Singapore restaurant, we give you three

It hasn’t even been a year since Bread Street Kitchen opened in Singapore, and its culinary team keeps on spoiling our taste buds with their range of new offerings.

Just recently, they introduced the business set lunch specials, available from 11:30am to 4pm. What you get are signature dishes which include the flatbread with caramelised onions, Tallegio cheese, semi-dry tomatoes and rocket pesto, salmon fish cake and the blue bakewell tart with crème fraiche.

If you can’t drop by on weekdays, don’t worry for the delightful offerings extend through the weekends with the Weekend Brunch and Sunday Roast. A perfect reason to wake up earlier on the weekends, brunch offers British classics including a full English Breakfast and crowd favourite, eggs Benedict served with honey roasted ham, spinach or smoked salmon. For a more enticing experience, you also have the option to enjoy a series of starters, salads and desserts to complement your meal.

To end the weekend on a high note, executive chef Sabrina Stillhart has also introduced a traditional British feast, the Sunday Roast, where you can savour a succulent roasted striploin served with horseradish cream and gravy. Making it even more indulgent are the roasted potatoes, spiced honey, carrots and seasonal greens on the side. Complete your meal with a side of the golden brown and crisp Yorkshire pudding—a staple of British Sunday lunch.
