The 40-seater eatery offers breath-taking views of the city as your backdrop and world-class service. The seven-course Valentine's Day menu is priced at $330 per person inclusive of a glass of Krug.  The menu will feature Chef de Cuisine Julien Royer’s signature smoked organic egg that is cooked for 55 minutes and served with cep, foie gras and black truffle. In addition, tuck into Brittany sea bass with rich seaweed butter, pommes ratte and caviar d’aquitaine, and pigeon with griottes, juniper berries and elderflower.

For $9,999, you'll secure the helipad of the Swissotel The Stamford exclusively for you and your loved one. You'll indulge in a 12-course candlelight dinner prepared by Royer while sipping on Krug Champagne.
