The restaurant's new consulting chefs begin their stint with delicious dinners that put their hometown in the spotlight.

La Ventana brings us not one, but two special dinners that showcase the vibrant Spanish flavours and tipples we all love. On May 30, join them for the Bodegas Monte la Reina Wine dinner curated by consulting chefs Roberto Terradillos and Toni González, who hail from Spain’s top Michelin-starred restaurants.

Both of them grew up in the small town of Santander, which is known for its fresh, seasonal produce. They’ll bring the best from their country to cook toothsome dishes such as marinated trout with goat cheese, citric and beetroot; Iberian presa charcoal-fried with carrots and toasted coffee; paired with elegant Spanish wines.

On June 6, chef Toni González will make his debut with another five-course dinner. He dishes will be based on his award-winning restaurant El Nuevo Molino’s key culinary characteristics. Savour the beef carpaccio with olive oil and foie gras shavings, or wagyu cheek in red wine sauce and cauliflower. Wine pairing optional.

The Bodegas Monte la Reina Wine dinner is on May 30, and chef Toni González’s five course dinner is on June 6. Call 6479 0100 or email reservation.laventana@gmail.com
