Calling all truffle and wine lovers. Culina Bistro & Wine Bar has arranged a special dinner on December 7 which will check all your boxes. Join the party and indulge in a five-course, plantin truffle-inspired menu paired with tipples courtesy of M. Chapoutier. Bonus: export director Edouard Payot is the night’s special guest, and will take you through the nuances of the wines you’ll be tasting.

Some of the highlights are the tagliolini with fresh black truffle shavings and parmesan, paired with refined Riesling Schieferkopf Lieu-dit Fels 2012 with acidic, salty notes, as well as the roasted beef tenderloin with fresh black truffles, married with the stellar St-Joseph Les Granilites Rouge 2014.
