Tiong Bahru Hawkers Pop Up At The Clifford Pier
It has only been a few months since Tiong Bahru Food Centre closed for renovation in February, but we can’t stop craving for the sumptuous hawker dishes there. Thankfully, The Fullerton Bay Hotel has rounded up eight of its famous hawkers for its Tiong Bahru Hawkers Pop Up from April 30 to May 14.
They are Tiong Bahru Jian Bo Shui Kueh, HarriAnns, Tiong Bahru Teochew Kueh, Kim Fa Fishball and Minced Pork Noodles, Kampong Carrot Cake, Tiong Bahru Tau Suan, Tiong Bahru Fish Ball and Tiong Bahru Lor Mee.
In an air-conditioned and magnificent setting, enjoy their signature offerings such as the fresh and springy chew chwee kuehs, chunky carrot cake fried to perfection, and the steamed bowls of tau suan, presented alongside the culinary team’s equally good dishes. Everything is served buffet style, so don’t be shy—enjoy everything to your heart’s content!
