The White Rabbit has launched a new menu of old world classics to keep fans coming back to this church-turned-restaurant. Mains include the braised short ribs, which is cooked at  low temperatures for two whole days to achieve a desirable melt-in-your-mouth texture.  The ribs are served with mashed potatoes and drizzled with a rich Burgundy-style red wine sauce made with bacon and mushrooms. Appetisers are equally pretty and they include the dressed crab stuffed into a whole tomato and topped off with tomato jelly and flowers on a bed of avocado. The items are nothing out of the extraordinary, but there is something about the high ceilings and sacred surroundings that make each meal here memorable in its own special way.
