Staying in for the Easter weekend festivities? Here’s how you can still dine well

The long weekend means families will be going out in droves to take advantage of the Easter weekend food promotions—whether it’s for brunch, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. After a delightful appetiser of quinoa salad, roasted pumpkin and herb dressing, you’ll get to feast on the New Zealand lamb which is marinated in herbs for six hours before it’s cooked sous vide to render the meat extremely tender and juicy.
