1. Butcher’s Block
Chef de Cuisine Jordan Keao now helms Butcher's Block and has debuted a host of enticing menus that surprise and delight. This includes the newly launched weekend brunch menu, comprising elevated brunch favourites and a selection of Keao’s signature creations.
Get started with the freshly shucked Irish oysters; it will pair extremely well with resident sommelier’s recommended Pierre-Marie Chermette Crémant de Bourgogne. This bottle is included in the Sommelier Selection, a 90-minute vinous experience showcasing Zainudin’s handpicked wines for the week.
Once your palate has been piqued, order the likes of baby corn coated in puffed quinoa and black bean aioli, and Croque Madame enhanced with the prized 18-month Joselito Iberico.
Tatler Tip: The weekend brunch menu is a great introduction to Keao's cuisine. And if you're hungry for more, opt for the Tour De Force menu comprising off-menu dishes crafted with seasonal ingredients and cooked over wood-fire.
