Pastry chef Cheryl Koh's exclusive and classic creations are part of the hotel's delicious offerings until July 31
Singaporean pastry chef Cheryl Koh is regarded as a master of creating delicious artisanal tarts, which you can find at retail shop Tarte by Cheryl Koh. But from now until July 31, you’ll be able to get your hands on Koh’s exclusive offerings created just for the “Fullerton x Tarte” collaboration.
“I am pleased to bring the Tarte experience to these iconic landmarks,” enthuses Koh, whose palate-pleasing pastries are available at The Fullerton Cake Boutique. And with a shared philosophy of “instilling moments of joy and perfection through dedication, innovation and quality,” these are prepared daily from scratch using the finest seasonal ingredients with a touch of local flavours.

There are three exclusive options to choose from. Bandung Tart is a reimagined take on a famous local beverage and comprises fragrant rosewater and milk jelly encased within a crumbly crust, while Pineapple-Rambutan Tart is a Chinese New Year-inspired treat which has a luscious roasted pineapple compote filling that’s crowned with a slice of pineapple and rambutan. Earl Grey Crème Brûlée was created to honour the hotel’s colonial origins and it features an earl grey-tea infused core.
