It’s here that you’ll find bountiful culinary gems from around the region and the Pacific Rim. Expect nothing less during Edge’s Sunday brunch.

The restaurant’s ‘live’ stations prepare substantial savoury dishes such as roti prata, foie gras and black Angus rib eye cooked right before your eyes. Those with a carnivorous appetite will love the BBQ station that grills homemade sausages, succulent yellow chicken and tender wagyu beef. Whereas seafood aficionados can help themselves to the ample offering of fresh oysters, lobsters, Alaskan King Crabs and Japanese scallops at the seafood cart that’s served table-side. 

The Sunday brunch at Edge is offered on Sundays from 12pm to 3pm for $68 per adult and $44 per child. Adults can add $60 to enjoy free flow of Champagne, red wine, white wine and draft beer.
