Experience authentic and tantalising Southern Italian food at Shangri-La’s new Waterfall Ristorante Italiano.
If you have always wanted to get a taste of authentic Southern Italian cuisine, we've got great news for you. Adding to Singapore's vibrant food scene, Shangri-La's Waterfall Café has been renamed to Waterfall Ristorante Italiano with a new focus on Southern Italian cuisine that includes soft, handmade pasta and a wide selection of seafood dishes. Unlike Northern Italian food, Southern Italian cuisine is lighter and features more vegetable ingredients and the use of olive oil.
The man behind this new restaurant is Chef Marco De Vincentis who hails from Southern Italy and was trained by Michelin-starred chef, Sergio Mei. With signature offerings like the Zuppa de Pesce, a traditional, wholesome Italian seafood stew and the classic, mouth-watering seafood pasta, Linguine Allo Scoglio, diners can expect a change of menu as chef Marco De Vincentis brings you the very best of traditional Italian cuisine.
