Silk Road’s chef, Jack Huang, has introduced a provincial selection of traditionally made noodles and dumplings, available for a special price until May 31. His signatures include knife-shaved noodle with braised pork belly, cooked using chewy, razor-thin wheat strands, and homemade longevity noodles served with fork-tender braised beef brisket.
