1. Level33

Executive chef ArChan Chan pays tribute to the remarkable women in her lives with her special dish of braised lamb ribs in curry spices, which you’ll be able to enjoy from March 8 to 12.

It holds a special place in her heart as this was the first dish she cooked for her mum when her family visited her in Australia, where she was pursuing her culinary dreams. She prepares it the same way as she did for them—the lamb ribs are steeped in curry spices and paprika, then braised in a mix of vegetables and herbs such as lemongrass, cinnamon and star anise. But to showcase the restaurant’s urban microbrewery theme, she now serves it with al dente barley malt. Book here.

2. Fat Prince

In honour of the powerful women out there, the team is holding the “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun(damental Rights)” brunch on March 6 and 7. Rest assured they will prepare a delicious Middle Eastern feast of dips, mezze & salads and mains that you can customise.

It’s a tough choice for the mains as options include their signatures of lamb chorizo cassoulet topped with smoked tomato, cannellini beans and broken eggs; Fatteh Breakfast or poached eggs, falafel, tahini atop toasted pita; and Green Menemen, a healthier alternative of spring vegetables, soft eggs and pistachio dukkah. Whatever you choose, it will pair well with the selection of wines, beers and cocktails to be had if you top-up for the free-flow beverage option.

A part of the proceeds from the brunch will be donated to the NextGen Fund, which supports nurturing the next generation of change-makers. Book here.
