Enjoy dishes from Resorts World Singapore’s six celebrity chefs during a one night only dinner at Ocean Gallery.

On 18 September, six celebrity chefs from Resorts World Singapore will get together for the first time to prepare a six-course dinner at the spectacular Ocean Gallery.

 

The evening commences with a cocktail reception replete with Ayala Brut Majeur NV Champagne. Then savour the gastronomic offerings from Resorts World chefs Joël Robuchon, Cat Cora, Sam Leong, Li Kwok Kwong, Douglas Tay and Kenny Kong as they each prepare one dish. Here’s a sneak peek of the menu:

Dish: Double Boiled Cordyceps Flower with dates, quail and conch meat

Dish: Slow cooked Salmon Roulade, Hokkaido Scallop & Fried Octopus with shellfish emulsion, smoked aioli and sautéed garden peas

Dish: Beef Short Rib with charred radicchio, macadamia, buckwheat and balsamic burnt butter

 

Chef: Kenny Kong

Restaurant: Resorts World Singapore

Dish: Sweet Temptation with yuzu mango cremuex, gula Melaka streusel and milky lemon grass sorbet

 

The dishes will be paired with Penfolds Bin 2 Shariaz Mouverdre and Penfolds Koonunga Hill Autumn Riesling.

 

The Resorts World Singapore Celebrity Chef Dinner is priced at S$288 per person and is limited to only 250 guests.
