Two of the signature Peranakan dishes from the Private Chef Dining Series are available on the hotel’s e-commerce platform

Due to the Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) restrictions that prevent dining out, the much-anticipated collaboration between Raffles Courtyard and private dining outfit FatFuku had to be cancelled. The second edition of Raffles Hotel Singapore’s Private Chef Dining Series that featured local food hero Annette Tan’s signature Peranakan dishes was supposed to take place from May 12 to June 11.

But there is still some good news in these times, as the hotel has announced that some of these creations are now available for takeaway and delivery on its e-commerce platform, Grab & Go, until June 11.
