1. Yen Social
Opened in July 2021
Newly-opened yakiniku restaurant Yen Social is bringing some of its signature dishes to your home with the special introductory set. The menu comes with head chef Jones Chen’s two signature dishes—the Farmer’s Salad which is assembled with seasonal greens, watermelon cubes and yuzu dressing, as well as the Wagyu beef noodles. Chen spent six years refining this recipe and the result is a richly simmered soup bobbing with gelatinous Japanese Wagyu beef shank and tendons, daikon and local herbs. For a yakiniku experience at home, opt for the set that comprises premium and well-marbled cuts like Wagyu ribeye and Wagyu striploin. Order here.
