The cloud kitchen concept serves gourmet burgers and is the brainchild of Three Buns executive head chef Adam Penney

If you’re in search of Muslim-friendly dining places in Singapore, look no further than cloud kitchen concept Tiga Roti, established by Three Buns executive head chef Adam Penney.

“I fully embraced the challenge to combine my love for burgers with my love for my wife, Saffy,” shared Penney, who conceptualised the concept over a year ago and spent over 1,000 hours to invest, research and develop each dish on the menu.

After a total of 12 drafts, Penney has created an extensive menu of burgers, sides and beverages that are made with premium Muslim-friendly ingredients sourced from thoughtful suppliers, and made without the use of pork, lard and alcohol.

Interestingly, the menu includes reimagined versions of Three Buns’ signature burgers like the Baby Huey. Cheekily named Plug Three, the Muslim-friendly version is made with 100 per cent grass-fed, free-range La Pampa Argentinian beef patty smothered with house ketchup, cheddar cheese, smoky mayo and pickled onions, and served within toasted demi brioche buns.

Penney has also elevated the menu with exclusive creations that took over a year to perfect. The definite must-try is the Hot Dang, a mouth-watering ensemble of 24-hour slow-cooked pulled beef brisket, cucumber, scallions, pickled daikon, chilli, coconut aioli that’s slathered in a fiery house-made rendang gravy.

Sides such as the twice-cooked straight cut fries and buttermilk chicken wings with barbecue sauce complement the delicious burgers, alongside a variety of milkshakes and desserts.

Penney enthused that he and his team are “extremely proud” to have created this new concept offering delicious food and drinks that everyone in the community can enjoy.
