The two restaurants have collaborated to bring you Jaffa at So, a two-week culinary event that celebrates all things Israel

So Singapore executive chef Hong Dingzhao has joined forces with Miznon chef Or Hakmimi to create Jaffa at So, a not-to-be-missed culinary event that puts the spotlight on delicious Israeli food coupled with great vibes and warm Israeli hospitality.

Taking place at Xperience Restaurant from April 15 to 28, it is recommended to bring your appetite so you can happily indulge in Hakmimi’s delicious set menu which commences with small plates such as hummus, baba ganoush and harissa, and followed by your choice of two grilled items.

Choices abound with lamb kebab, ribeye chimichurri and chicken liver from the land section, as well as garlic lemon butter fish kebab, and soy and date honey salmon from the sea section. Hakmimi has also prepared vegetable kebabs which includes asparagus halloumi, and portobello and goat cheese.

More than that, he has also prepared a vegan option using Karana, a plant-based meat alternative made with jackfruit. The set comes with a pitcher of house-made lemonade or soda. Book here.
