It’s going to be a feast to remember.

Reserve your Friday night for Me@OUE, because they’ll be bringing together three top chefs—two Michelin star chef Chen Kentaro, Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai, and executive chef Sam Chin—for the first edition of Japan Fiesta.

“As we are the only restaurant in Singapore with three distinct cuisines—Japanese, French, and Chinese—we are taking this opportunity to partner with chefs to bring out the very best of these cuisines while celebrating Japanese ingredients, cooking and culture,” says Benedict Tan, general manager of Me@OUE.

Kentaro, from two Michelin-starred restaurant Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro and Me@OUE consulting chef, will bring out the spice with his Sichuan dishes including the ji ma me tofu (Okinawa peanut tofu).

As for Sakai, who received the prestigious Ordre de Chevalier in France, he will treat you to the world of French gastronomy with ingredients such as Saint Vaast oysters (unlimited serving) and roast beef at the carving station.

Japanese food, of course, is the highlight with a spot dedicated to all-you-can-eat sushi and sashimi. Even better, pair it with the finest range of Sakemaru sake for a full night of wining and dining.
