The idea is simple enough. Guests are invited to sit back, relax and be entertained. They’ll also be rewarded with his "achievements" in the form of a sumptuous four-course menu comprising mouth-watering offerings such as poached Maine lobster with baby asparagus, truffle aioli and avruga caviar, and 200-days grain-fed angus tenderloin with sauce périgourdine.
